ANNOUNCEMENT OF COMPANY NAME CHANGE
TIANMA NLT Europe GmbH, head office in Düsseldorf, Germany, managing director Mr. Peng Cui, announces the change of its company name to “Tianma Europe GmbH” from July 1, 2017.
TIANMA NLT Europe GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd. The change of the name announced today is done in order to unify the worldwide names of all subsidiaries. It is a move to strengthen the global brand and position as a leading display solution supplier. In the same manner, other Tianma overseas subsidiaries, in Japan and in USA, will change their name, i.e., NLT Technologies, Ltd. shall be Tianma Japan, Ltd., and Tianma NLT USA, Inc. shall be Tianma America, Inc. accordingly.
There are no changes in terms of products, support or organization.
TIANMA
Tianma has a long experience in the market of displays for over more than three decades. The LCDs include products based on STN-, TFT- and LTPS-technology, as well as color filters and backlights. New display lines are utilizing AM-OLED technology. Tianma is also a leading provider of touch solutions based on PCAP (Projected CAPacitive touch). The production lines are located in China and in Japan. Tianma supports a wide range of applications, e.g. smart phones, tablet PCs, wearables, automotive, instrumentation, industrial, medical, avionic, marine, home automation, ATM and POS.
By providing both standard products as well as custom designed products Tianma is the leader of small to medium size displays in technology, quality and long-term support for customers around the world.

TIANMA NLT Europe GmbH, (TNE), Tianma’s subsidiary in Europe, established in Düsseldorf, Germany in April 2015, is responsible for sales, marketing, design-in support, quality and supply chain management for the full range of Tianma’s display solutions. This includes both the TM- as well as the NL-product lines. TNE has its strong focus on high quality products for professional applications in the automotive, industrial and medical market.
