Tianma Shenzhen
Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Tianma), founded on November 8, 1983, has facilities of more than 60,000 square meters. It houses two LCD production lines and one High-end automotive production line. Products include small-to-medium-size of TN, STN, CSTN, and TFT touch screen modules. We offer our customers a full range of services and professional technical support, including program advisory, design, manufacture and sales.
Tianma Shanghai
With the registration capital of RMB 1.03 billion and total investment of RMB 3.29 billion，Shanghai Tianma Microelectronics Co. Ltd., was registered at the East Area of Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park in April 7, 2006. It covers an area of more than 300,000 square meters. Shanghai Tianma focuses on design, research, manufacture and sales of TFT-LCD products. Our target market is small-to-medium-size displays (<10.4”) with wide range of applications in mobile phone, consumer, automotive and industrial displays.
Tianma Chengdu
Chengdu Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd. was established on September 11, 2008. The registration capital is RMB 1.2 billion and total investment is RMB 3 billion which was invested by Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd., Chengdu Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Chengdu High-Tech Investment Group Co., Ltd. Chengdu Tianma is located in the Chengdu West High-tech Zone with a total area of about 300,000 square meters. Chengdu Tianma focuses on small-to-medium-size displays (<10.4”) with wide range of applications in mobile phone, consumer, automotive and industrial displays.
Tianma Wuhan
Wuhan Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd., was founded on November 17, 2008 and located in China optical vale, East Lake Hi-tech Development Zone. It is a Hi-tech professional enterprise specializing in design, manufacturing and sales in TFT-LCD products and CF. Wuhan Tianma is jointly invested by Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd. and Hu Bei Science and Technology Investment Co., Ltd. with the registration capital of RMB 1.78 billion and total investment of RMB 4 billion. Wuhan Tianma focuses on small-to-medium-size displays (<10.4”) with wide range of applications in mobile phone, consumer, automotive and industrial displays.
AVIC Shanghai
Shanghai AVIC Optoelectronics Co. Ltd.
was founded in Xinzhuang Industrial Park, Minhang District on December 11, 2009. It was jointly invested by AVIC International Holding Corporation and AVIC International Shenzhen Co. Ltd. with the total investment of RMB $2.5 billion. Shanghai AVIC occupies an area of 200,000 square meters, with an architectural area of 160,000 square meters including a clean room area of 80,000 square meters. And the green area covers of the total area. Shanghai AVIC focuses on design, research, manufacture and sale of TFT-LCD products. The applications are monitors, personal computers, LCD TVs, Digital Audio/Video, automotive, industrial, and medical displays.
Tianma Japan (Akita Factory)
Akita Tianma (Sub Company) is located in:
3-1-1 Goshono shimotsutsumi, Akita, Akita 010-1412, Japan.
It is covering 130 thousand square meters. It has a Gen 2 and a Gen 3 TFT-LCD production line, and the products mainly used in automotive, medical, industrial control display and module.

Tianma Shanghai (AMOLED Factory)
Shanghai Tianma AM-OLED Co., Ltd.,
which was founded in April, 2013, was jointly invested by Shanghai Industrial Investment (Group) Co. Ltd, Shanghai Zhangjiang (Group) Co. Ltd. and Shanghai Tianma Microelectronics Co. Ltd. Shanghai Tianma AM-OLED covers an area of 120,000 square meters and plans to build a G5.5 AM-OLED production line . Shanghai Tianma AM-OLED mainly focuses on design, research, manufacturing and sales of OLED products. The target market is small-to-medium-size display applications mainly used in communication and consumer displays.
Tianma Japan (Kawasaki)
The office from Tianma Japan – subsidiary company of Tianma Microelectronics – is located in Shin-Kawasaki Mitsui Building West Tower 28F 1-1-2, Kashimada, Saiwai-ku, Kawasaki, Kanagawa 212-0058, Japan.
