Tianma Europe GmbH introduces three new 7” wide format Active-Matrix LCD modules (“TFT LCD”) with WVGA and WXGA resolution.
TM070RDSG12 is a standard product with WVGA resolution and wide viewing angle from each direction (SFT).
NL8048AC19-21 is optimized for a wider temperature range from -30° to 80°C and long backlight lifetime of 100kh. It can display 16.7M colors (8 bits).
TM070JDHG34 is offering WXGA resolution. Together with the TM101JVHG32 (10.1” WXGA) it is member of a new product family. The products from this family have similar outline, the same interface connector, pinout and same touch driver IC. At the beginning the family will include four TFT LCDs: 7” WXGA and 10.1” WXGA, each size with and without PCAP.
